Apartments are nowhere near renovated. The walls in the hallways are HORRIBLE! Paint pealing so much that it's all over the floors! The wanna raise my rent by over $100 when I can't even use my so called "private entrance" because of how the kitchen was so poorly "renovated"! DONT RENT HERE!

SWAMP LIVING INSIDE
Living room, dining room, bedroom flooded now twice since we moved in. Floors under carpet is absolutely disgusting, molded & mildewed. Had to call maintenance now 4 times total. 2 times for the same thing & we literally just moved in.
First time they said that the condensation line from the ac unit inside was clogged. Now 2nd time….But how does a condensation line cause your apartment to turn into a swamp within 2 hours?
This whole entire apartment needs to be gutted & redone. AC UNIT... REPLACEMENT NEEDED, NEW CONDENSATION LINES, NEW FLOORS, BASEBOARDS AND NEW CARPET. This is ridiculous.

WORST COMPLEX EVER
Disgusting, sprayed multiple times a week to still find roaches and water bugs every single day. It’s NOT renovated in any way, every thing is old, gross, and broken. My car inspection ran out and they put a notice on my vehicle THREATENING to tow and only giving me THREE days to get it updated in the middle of a pandemic, lucky if I get a anywhere w availability before then. On top thst they put the notice on my window as a sticker and left sticker residue all over my car and I had to go to the... store and get supplies just to remove it. The neighbors are inconsiderate, leaving there dog poop at the door for everyone to pass. Very rude and unhelpful leasing office.our neighbor above is hot water heater busted and flooded our guest bedroom, all that was done is fans to dry the carpet and paint over the water marks in the ceiling.. disgusting and mold infested and that’s there way of dealing w issues like that. Horrible and unsafe.

I won't complain!!!
This place isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a descent place to live, this ain't it!!! The rent is cheap. So if low price is what you're looking for, then this place is for you. Just understand that the staff is very unprofessional and there are roaches in the apartments. The maintenance is horrible. If they do come out to fix something, it's substandard. I lived there and I wouldn't come within 5 feet of the property now. You will see some people give it 4 stars. It's all about what... your standards are.
