The neighbors can be very noisy walking in the hallway and the walls are very thin. Otherwise, a good place to rent with a close proximity to everything that is needed for most people, all within walking distance

I love my view of the BORO mural, and the other mural. I like the greenery around the building, as well as the mountains. I enjoy going to the pool when it is warmer.

Amazing. Super friendly staff. Front desk goes above and beyond. Only thing I will say is the windows cannot be opened but the filtration system is good enough. Arguably the best building in NOVA

Living at Lumen with our family of four has been largely positive. Our kids love the rooftop pool and views, making it feel like a constant vacation. The Tysons Corner location is incredibly convenient for errands and outings, simplifying life with two energetic children.
While the building's size can mean elevator waits and a bustling lobby, our unit's modern finishes and well-kept common areas offer an upscale feel. It's not without its quirks – neighbor noise can be an issue, and fitting... everything into a two-bedroom is a challenge – but the easy access to amenities and vibrant urban setting truly make Lumen a good place for our family.
