My experience at Lumen Apartment Homes has been incredible. From the moment I toured, the leasing team made me feel welcome and supported. The amenities are not just beautiful, they’re thoughtfully designed — the gym, pool, and lounge areas make it easy to relax or hang out with your guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels both modern and homey, but Lumen does it perfectly.

Overall great. Views are great. Neighbors are very quiet. Road noise level can be annoying with all the annoying popping exhaust.

Primary pain point is the absolute lack of visitor parking. Leasing office does not want to address this.

I’ve lived at Lumen for 4 years, and while the location is convenient, several issues have made the experience disappointing. Elevator outages are frequent, gym equipment is often broken, and there’s a constant smell of weed in the hallways. Parking is overpriced compared to nearby buildings, and there’s no guest pass system. The windows don’t open, so you have to rely entirely on the HVAC, and units with balconies cost significantly more. What’s especially frustrating is that the same floor... plan I’m currently renting is now offered at reduced rates under low-income housing, yet my rent has increased every year with no reward for long-term tenants.
