Do not even waste your time here ! One space per apt no visitor parking ever because it’s like 10 spots average- they never clean nothing ! Dirty pool birds legit poop in it - dirty gym - ppl let their dogs waste on grass smh this property has went downhill and the ladies in the office are horrible they are always defensive because they just collect a check and go home ! Rent is tooooo high for the lack of respect and quality they lack ! Rent else where

It is a very nice place to stay at. Other than the growing mold that will ruin everything you own and the dirty pool that smells like pee. Don’t worry about maintenance, they don’t know what they’re doing. I told them about the mold, and the ceiling falling. All they did was patched the ceiling but did not take care of the mold. It kept growing! Had to throw away at least half of all my belongings. PLUS, they only give you one assigned parking per apt. And let’s mention the fact I CLEANED the... moldy apartment and when I moved out they didn’t give me back my deposit. Not a single hole to patch or a hair to pick from. I am a single father and this is a great place to live, close to everything. The amenities are perfect, from the swimming pool to the gym. Maintenance is top notch, and the staff is friendly and professional. Security here patrols at night and we feel safe. Whether you live alone or with a family, this is where you want to be.

Property manager is unprofessional at times. We call for certain requests and most of the time ive been ignored. Wouldnt stay here ever again the way ive been treated is horrible. Also your car will get broken into alot even though they say security is going around but i never see them.

Bridge 17 Apartment are an excellent, upscale luxury apartments with a welcoming community, location is the best location if you looking for a neighborhood where the citizens are friendly, respectful and interracial.
