Bad business, the apartments are the same as they was when they were built. No property manager on property ever so anything you need you have to handle yourself! They move one person out and paint over mold and put down floor with so much glue! Then move someone in within a week! They make it look good online but no playground for the kids ,no washer hook up and the washer and dryer on property are always broke and take your money ! Police comes and the property manager never know what goes on... smh. When I moved in I had to clean my own apartment which had dead roaches everywhere! Not a good pick at least until they remodel or something!

My experience living at Pine Wood Forest Apartments
My name is Moniquea i lived in pinewood forest for a little over a year.. Since ive been here alot has changed since ms. Katherine took over. I can honestly say she has changed and turning things around and she has made it very comfrontable to continue living here... This is how any aprtment complex should be and she's a wonderful landlord and a great person

Great place to live
Manager is really great and is always there when you need her. It’s very quiet and u don’t have no problems out of anybody.Very friendly neighbors great community.
