Hall & Associates who leases these poorly run apartments, will do everything in their power to drain you dry. They are overpriced, and riddled with black mold- you can smell it when you walk in. The leasing woman will tell you one thing (free rent for the first month) then conveniently forget and charge you $950 out of nowhere.

Avoid at all costs.

This is a good place if you know how to fix the water yourself(hardly ever have hot water), do good with no electricity, never have questions to ask because no one will answer, love the smell of marijuana, like Mickey mouse work on the apartments and love to be given the run around on everything. Not worth it for the price in my opinion.

Had to give one star but it doesn't deserve it.
