We have been living here since about a month after they built it. We have had a gnat infestation for over two months now and they won’t do anything about it. We are not the only ones. Many neighbors and tenants in other buildings have complained and nothing has been done. It’s absolutely disgusting- we have about 20-30 gnats a day in our apartment and we have done every remedy you can think of to get them out. But now finding out that every single apartment has had this issue. It’s definitely... something with the pipes and they are doing nothing to fix it. When it literally their fault since they are building more apartment buildings that is bringing them in. This place is not worth the money.

The apartments are located in a very nice residential area. I have had very professional communication with maintenance.

Non Responsive
Went to look at the apartments with a friend. Tried calling and calling to get someone to show us the apartments. Even sent a request online and no response. Can't imagine how bad they would be if something went wrong since they won't even answer their phone or call you back when you want to rent an apartment.
