We allow small crate trained dogs only on a case by case basis. If we approve your dog to stay dog rent is $100 per dog per month. We do not allow cats.

It has a private entrance with nice covered front porch. Off street parking. 18th Street is a nurse owned, fully furnished duplex that is 2.9 Miles from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

This is a non-smoking/vaping property.
Both spacious bedrooms contain memory foam mattresses and brand new 40" smart TVs. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room.
