Current resident. I didn't walk the apartment with my girlfriend or pay attention that closely for about a year at the state of the place, but everything is in terrible shape. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes half the time. The dryer was completely clogged with lint and had to be clean because the previous owners never followed the directions for the filter. The place clearly received the landlord special in terms of paint. As plenty others have mentioned. The deck is on route to being a... hazard. Not to mention all the dead trees on the back side of the complex ready to cave a roof in one day. As others have mentioned as well. There's a massive bug problem. I've lived in worse places and never had bugs ever. So I knew it couldn't be me. These reviews leave me vindicated. They spray every so often but I'm guess the buildings themselves are just beyond saving at this point. On top of the roaches we've also seen some mice, and by seen I mean our cat has killed multiple. Another review also mentioned water leaking their their ceiling light. That also happened to us in the first couple months of living here. They also have a terrible parking policy. Requiring stickers for residents and these awful and confusing passes for guests. Us and a family member who pet sat for a weekend have had our vehicles towed because of it. I guess the only positives are that for one. I haven't had any bad experiences with staff. I don't know his name, but there's an older black man who walks around with a bucket in the mornings picking up trash and he's been very pleasant. Maintenance people have also been nice and quick to respond when needed. I'll also say I haven't heard of any break ins or any real crime here. I've seen the cops a few time responding to domestic disputes but nothing regularly insane. Someone was allegedly murdered in the parking lot but that was years ago.

I guess to sum things up. Don't move here. It's not cheap enough to warrant the problems. Read More

They denied me, and I never got an email saying this, after j paid my 150 for app fee and hold fee. They never got back to me at all after calling for about two weeks. Horrible customer service!!!! I will take action though!

This property did it's job, once we were able to contact them and sign the lease. My roommate and I needed a place to stay, which this place provided, nothing more.

We started the process at the start of the month, however one week before the expected move in date, and when my other lease ended, they told us there was no available space and the apartment we wanted was not ready. They gave us an apartment with many issues, however once we reported it, they did fix it. We asked for all the... documents, however we never received during our time here. the place does have a lot of cockroaches and bugs, even though they do maintenance pretty often. This place is “fine” overall. But management and upkeep of the property is horrible. No one ever answers the phone, returns calls, ladies in the leasing office are RUDE and dismissive - the list can go on. Roaches are definitely a thing here. I truly wish I would have read the reviews more carefully before moving here. I’m looking forward to leaving at the end of my lease.

Genuinely confused as to how it has 3.9 stars. They’ll never respond to any emails or phone calls unless they need something from you and then completely disregard whatever you attempted to contact for. The water routinely gets turned off without so much as an email. They gave the landlord special on everything so mold is seeping through the paint in the bathrooms no matter how much scrubbing takes place it comes right back.
