I moved here in October 2020 during the pandemic. From the time that I moved in until now, the staff has been exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. As with any home, rented or owned, there are small issues that come up, but I can honestly say they have all been handled in a very timely fashion. Recently a bush that was outside my bedroom window started waking me up when the wind blew because it was brushing against my window. I submitted a ticket one night while in bed. When I got home... the next day, the bush had been trimmed. This is just one example of their quick responsiveness. There's ample parking, great amenities and apartment features, and the price is great for what you're getting.
