The location is ideal for shopping, schools, activities, etc. The condition of the apartments are less than desirable especially for the price.
The one saving grace has been the Admin lady named Yumi. Yumi has been sticking and staying! She puts out fires daily while dealing with tenant issues, and she keeps a Smile on her face. She's very knowledgeable about the property policies and procedures and she makes you feel heard.
We have had a t least 7 Property Managers since 2022, but I pray... that Yumi stays with us! She's a diamond in the rough!
