I have been dealing with multiple unresolved maintenance issues, including a period of no hot water, no shower pressure, possible mold/moisture concerns due to a second leak and constant upgrades due to the complex not being up to code. I have been unable to properly cook in my apartment due to health/sanitation concerns and now ventilation purposes and I’m still not sure exactly when it will be addressed properly. Management is horrible!! They take weeks to respond to simple maintenance requests! They have no control over extremely loud and trashy neighbors, there’s literally trash everywhere, people in the parking lot fighting, a disgusting odor that I’m pretty sure is a huge plumbing problem because I can see where the ceiling is wet and something somewhere is always flooded/leaking. There’s dirty clothes, trash and dirty diapers randomly in the hallways throughout the entire building. The elevator is... constantly broken and when it isn’t, it smells like a rotten corpse. The doors are supposed to be secure and they’re constantly broken or either propped open with rocks! No consistent staff, they have gone through 2 property managers in 9 months, 2 maintenance men and 2 office staff have quit. It takes them weeks to fix a maintenance issue. They never answer the phone, if you call corporate they will not call you back. Property upkeep is HORRIBLE! Trash is everywhere! Constant odors throughout the building. Elevators go out often. I have never stayed at an apartment complex this bad ever! Save your money!!!
