The amount of rent being charged for these apartments and no renovations is RIDICULOUS !!! Everything is falling apart, EVERYTHING!! Nothing has been updated very old appliances. These apartments are NOT worth it at all

Ive been here about 6 years and have no real complaint/issues other than when I had to fight to get my heater fixed to stop it from making a loud noise. It was resolved. Other than that Its been pretty quiet & staff have always been courtesy & professional.

The apartment couldve been cleaned better I have spots all over my carpet spots all over countertops in kitchen every cabinet is squeaky, burn marks all over tub in bathroom strip on tub halfway put on paint falling off tub, refrigerator has dents all over it , nothing has been updated, have been requests washer and dryer since I moved in

I love the fact that it is very spacious. The only suggestion I would say is that for the amount of rent that is charged the units could definitely use some renovating of new and improved appliances, even have some amenities included with the rental of the apartment.
