Since recently moving in, my experience with the leasing office has been quite frustrating. Unfortunately, they seem to have a complicated and strict set of policies, which makes things more challenging for residents. Despite paying my rent on time, I faced delays in receiving my keys by the agreed-upon moving date. The leasing helper I dealt with was not as helpful as I had hoped, merely reciting policies without providing any practical solutions. This has resulted in a rather unpleasant... experience so far.
