Poor security- actually they have no security and the people in the section 8 housing come over to use the pool.

I’ve lived here for 9 months and can’t wait to leave. I made the mistake of renting blindly i.e. over the internet and talking to them on the phone when I was relocating for work and didn’t feel the need to come in person. Big mistake. I instantly regretted it as it’s nothing like the pictures. The waxed fake wood floor that I immediately slipped on after taking my first shower made me bump my head annd realize just how badly I’d fallen figuratively and literally for such a ruse. Also just a... horrendous job of cleaning the place before I moved in. There was cigarette burns and crust on the countertops and holes in the screen- presumably where the last resident blew smoke or hung their cigarette out of. They taped them up instead of replacing the screens ha. So I treated it like a place that I would just put a cot in and count the days. I tried to ask them to put dampeners on the resident’s doors (including mine) because in a studio you will hear everytime anyone in the hallway opens and closes their door. You will hear every conversation and “event” through paper thin walls. If you live by an elevator, you will hear it go ding all night long as they must house people that don’t work for a living. It has been nothing short of a disaster. They must have a horrendous pest problem as a whole because they constantly send pest checks and you don’t even know when the guys come. They don’t tell you. So it’s basically like living in a prison where you get your cell turned every now and again and talk to a robotic style management system that always reverts to “just call us with any questions!” And just look confused when you offer suggestions like “hey how about putting dampeners or noise reduction on doors so I don’t have to try to push stuff up against the door and duck under a rug every night” or “hey how about a compensation for uninhabitable living for having out AC go off all the time in July?” They’ll just say “the ac went off and we are looking to fix it! Give us a call with any questions.” Or “give us a call when you see someone making too much noise and report!” Ha. They are just nine to five flunkies that don’t care less about this place. The apartment building has major pest issues with both mice and roaches, and the temperature control is frustrating as it's managed by the building, making it uncomfortable during seasonal changes. Additionally, the walls are thin, so noise from neighbors is a constant problem. Overall, not a great living experience

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The apartments are nice looking and the location is great, this building could be great but management is the worst of the worst. The walls are made of paper so if you need sleep, don’t live here. But the worst part is the apartments are infested with mice and roaches - rent with caution!!!!!

This apartment complex near downtown Richmond initially seemed promising but has been disappointing since moving in.
-Noise is a major issue due to thin walls and a pool open until midnight, making it hard to sleep.
-Parking is problematic; my car was towed despite displaying a visible tag, costing me $180. The property manager sided with the towing company, suggesting collusion to push residents into paid parking.
-Pest control is ineffective, with ongoing roach problems despite multiple... treatments disrupting my day.
-Elevator reliability is poor, with frequent breakdowns and long waits.
-The laundry facilities are inadequate and often dirty with pet fur.
Overall, while convenient, ongoing issues and lack of management support make this place hard to recommend. Read More
