Awesome place to live

Debbie is a great landlord. The closets are huge and the price is affordable. Walking distance to campus and restaurants!

Absolutely Amazing Management

Debbie is absolutely the best landlord. The apartments are a great size (the closets are awesome) and the price is 100% reasonable. If you go to Radford, it is definitely walking distance to the campus, and it is not a bad commute to Christiansburg or Blacksburg. This is an amazing place to live!

Very happy with my living experience here

Lived here during graduate school. Always was able to get in touch with someone when I needed something fixed (I think her name is Debbie?). I also like the location, as I was able to walk to campus pretty easily. Def preferred living here than on Dark Side.

Great Apartments!

I have enjoyed my stay at Redcoat Manor! My roommate and I had a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was the perfect size for us. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location is very close to campus. Reasonable rent, and I felt safe in my surroundings.

Excellent Location; Reasonable Pricing

I love my apartment at Redcoat Manor! It is spacious and has everything I need. It is a short walk to campus and is very reasonably priced for the location. Management does a great job keeping the common areas clean and answers to repair requests quickly. There is also number coded locks at the main entrance way, so I feel very safe in my apartment.
