Great for Students and Families!
Copper Beech Apartments are a fantastic place for students and any other local residents. The staff make you feel right at home and are very supportive every step of the way. They are also very accommodating to many walks of life. The apartments themselves are great quality for the cost of living, within 10 minutes driving distance of anywhere you need to go, and within walking distance of campus. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone and wouldn’t choose any other place!

Great place to live
The staff here are super nice and hard working. The office is always a warm inviting place to visit and maintenance are quick responding, good at what they do and just a great group of guys to talk to. If you get behind on rent they will work with you so it isnt too much of an issue. Been here for several years and dont mind to stay longer.
