Very disappointed with this apartment complex. Been here for 8 months now and I am highly unimpressed. The walls in the apartments are extremely thin making it so you hear everything from noise in the parking lot to your neighbors music. I have also experienced extremely unpleasant neighbors and when I mention it to management very little is done if anything at all to fix the problem. I would not recommend this apartment complex save your money and peace! I will be very happy to move out.

This apartment is so well managed! The manager is exceptionally wonderful. I love my apartment and the community events. I would recommend this place to others looking for a new home and fresh start.

I have been living here at Harbor Vista since July and from the very first day Kiana made me feel at home. She was so professional and nice. She helped me find the perfect apartment to fit my life. She took time and answered all my questions. The move in was smooth, and introduced me to other neighbors. We have trash fairy's that come pick up your trash every night , and a roof top deck. We moved in about a month ago. The place is beautiful and the staff are so very friendly and helpful. I never expected so many amenities! There are monthly activities for all the residents! The cutest thing I have seen to date is the “ Trash Fairy”. All the neighbors we have met so far are so kind! I love the pet policy. To sum it all up, Harbor Vista has to be the most luxurious apartments we’ve ever seen!

Great location to get to Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Hampton. Family environment. Love it!
