Living at SpringLine has truly been a great experience from day one. The staff is incredibly friendly and made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. The property manager, Brice, has been outstanding—any time I’ve had a question or issue, he’s addressed it quickly and always makes sure residents feel taken care of.
The building itself is beautiful, very clean, and feels extremely safe. The apartments are gorgeous with modern finishes, and the community is so welcoming. SpringLine also hosts... tons of fun community events that genuinely bring residents together, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Highly recommend SpringLine to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and community-focused home!

Very impressed!
Had a great experience start to finish at this property. Outstanding customer service that felt genuine and down to earth. Makayla showed me around 2 homes and all the new upgrades and everything is soooooo nice. Im in love w the 1 bedroom! I was invited to one of the events they host. Seems like such a fun place to live!!!!! Thanks Makayla and team!

This place is amazing!
This place is amazing! It really does feel like resort style living. We have a parking garage, the elevators are fast and quiet, and there’s a little nook next to the elevator on each floor. One is a library, one is a yoga studio, one is a craft area, and there’s a couple of sitting areas. My apartment is top of the line, but also the pool has convenient grills and seating nearby, and the gym equipment is top of the line. Everything is brand new.
I worked with Mikayla and she is the absolute... warmest! I’m a newly single woman and she made me feel like I could thrive. She is so supportive and enthusiastic, answered all of my questions and solved my technical issues. (You can unlock your door with your phone!)
I couldn’t recommend this place more. Kroger is right across the street and there is tons of dining right in our parking lot. AND new stuff is happening all around us. Come build a community with me!

Beautiful property!
I recently toured The James at Springline, and I was truly impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful—modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Alexia who assisted me was incredibly helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This community definitely left a great impression!
