Living in this community is ok, but I wouldn’t call it, ‘luxury living’ as they advertise on their site.
I’ve had a few issues while living here, one being a neighbor who is never home and leaves her dog alone, resulting in barking/howling all day. I’ve complained to the office, and management says they contact her, but it hasn’t gotten any better. I am still constantly hearing the dog barking/growling.
Therefore, this place is not ideal to live in if you work remote and have to be at home all... day. Being stuck with a neighbor who doesn’t abide by the ‘animal addendum’ section of the lease and isn’t held accountable by management is unfortunate.

Amazing place to live!
I’ve only lived here for a few weeks but it’s been an amazing experience so far. My boyfriend and I had so many questions as we were moving in and Ashley answered all of them in a timely manner. The actual apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. They all have either patios and outside storage (which is a lifesaver).We’ve had no problems so far and I’m so happy we chose Boulders Lakeside.

Boulders Lakeside is Awesome
Amenities like pool, club house, lake, walking trails are excellent and so relaxing to come home too. Management are very responsive to any request and have a pleasant attitude. Neighbors are helpful and friendly/professionals. Energy costs in the apartment is very low and efficient. Close to shopping and restaurants, hospitals, entertainment. Safe and secure environment. Would rate this place tops in Virginia apartments.

Amazing Apartment! One of my favorite yet
Recently moved into Boulders. Loved my experience from leasing to move in. The kitchens are to DIE for. Beautiful setting and a great space to walk my dog everyday. So happy I moved here.
