Workers got a lot of attitude, can’t keep track of money can’t keep track of deposits. They changed the way you pay rent so you can only pay with debit credit or e check and all of those options have a $50 “convenience” fee, but if you want to write a check it can only be on the 5th. The work team doesn’t come out for requests. A valet trash service is offered but the trash is then never picked up so service is never fulfilled. You’re better off with the apartments down the road or literally... anywhere else. DO NOT willingly come and live here. I promise this is 100% honest

They lost my deposit!
Don’t apply here! I applied and they accepted me. I paid the deposit & 2 days before I was suppose to move in, they called me and told me that they lost my deposit! They refuse to do anything about this and told me I would have to pay the deposit again for the 2nd time. Now I can’t move in and I have lost over $1000! The management was very rude and irresponsible and I don’t recommend applying here. It seems like they just want to take your money!

Lived here since July 23, they moved me into a bug infested apartment and have not been able to fix the infestation. Run away

Spectacular office staff, always willing and ready to help with any questions. Homes are spacious and well maintained by a great service team. Great location, anything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips.
