As of yesterday morning there has been a sewage backup in my apartment and there has been no attempt to make it right. No attempt to clean or sanitize. No offer of a clean place to stay or compensation for an uninhabitable living space. All I got was an offer to stay at my sewage filled bedroom and use the office bathroom down the street. Absolutely nasty and unacceptable

happy
lived here for a while now and i love it. close to downtown, close to work, great apartment in a great neighborhood. staff and maintenance are polite and seem to care about helping residents.

I am sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your stay at Archer's. Please give the office a call, as we offer free pest control. We can also replace the weather striping around the door and check other places that lizards might be getting into your... apartment, so give us a call!

Archers Green
Very nice apartment in a loving neighborhood. A very cost effective accommodation and a 24/7 maintenance availability. However, they seem to shot the power off each time there is a likelihood of thunderstorms.

Quiet, nice neighborhood
This is a decent place to live if you are in the military. Its close to NOB and downtown shipyards. The leasing staff are personable and polite. The maintenance people also works quickly if there is a problem. My only drawback is that the apartment is small with small closests.
