New faces and things are getting taken care of, I have lived here for a few years and I am happy to see the changes taking place. Thank you for all you do to make this place feel like a home.

I’ve lived here through the management transition and the difference has been night and day. The new management team has truly turned this community around. Communication is better, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. All of our appliances are having problems and trying to get someone to fix it takes several day. They falsely advertise a 48 maintenance guarantee. Clearly understaffed and overworked.

Management is non-existent. The bugs are disgusting. When we moved in, the place wasn't even cleaned. Apartments flooding are no stranger to this place, couldn't live in the apartment for a period of time, and wasn't compensated. No amenities for the price. Elevator smells like pee, plus its always broken. The stairwells are trashed. Trash is all over the parking lot. Dogs pee in the lobby, and dog poop is never picked up, so don't walk in the grass.

Apartments are not luxury. Multiple problems. Their rents prices are way too high. Trash everywhere. Garbage left out all over. Mail room isn’t even used as a mailroom. Stay away from this disaster. I regret it every day
