This is the worst experience I have had in 20 years of renting. black mold, cockroaches, mildew, flooding--you name it I dealt with it here. To add insult to injury they still haven't returned my deposit back 2 and a half months later. Looks like I will have to take them to court as well. Do not rent here, you will regret it 1000 times over.

Cheap new interior reno of crumbling (1950?) buildings. New Paint on the outside is already showing the real rusted and busted railings and stairs. Interior paint is slapped over what ever is left on walls after evictions. The included wifi / cable is out 2-3 times a day sometimes for many hours. Cox Cable can't help because it is paid to and managed by a third party vendor. Holes in parking lots are never patched just filled with rock. (deep holes!).
Very Glad to be gone and sad for anyone... that is living there.

I moved in a month ago. My "ney renovated apartment was dirty and many maintenance items were not complete. Thermostats hanging from the wall. Maintenance supplies piled up in corner. Cabinets were missing, countertops not installed. Water heater with exposed wires and not installed correctly. Doors would not latch. The grounds are dirty and dangerous. Nails and broken glass in the grass areas and parking lot. Renovations crew frequently leave old cabinets, fixtures, and broken nail filled... pieces of wood piles up against the building. Saws and other dangerous tools and extension cords strewn about plugged in and unattended. Endless recipes for disaster. To top it off, management and maintenance will tell you anything but truth when face to face. This company and property are disgraceful to say the least. They should all be ashamed of what they have accomplished here and the misleading way they sell it. Unethical and dishonest. I'm so very sorry to have signed a lease here.
