Roommate sharing, close to everything! Great landscaping and office staff. A great way to save money! Rent by the bedroom and you even get your own bathroom!

Lived here for a year and it was honestly a horrible mistake. Make sure to read the fine-print on the contract cause they will misinterpret what they say and charge you at move-out. Management does not properly communicate and when you go to the front desk be prepared for the staff to not be organised at all. Madison was really nice though.

Everyone has their individual lease so there’s constantly people moving in and out. The leasing office will do whatever they can to get as much money as possible. Maintenance “fixed” my broken door by replacing the knob and left the broken door behind which I was later charged for while moving out, when they should’ve replaces it the right way.

Any positive review is misleading. The women at the office don’t handle complaints and issues. They make many false promises and don’t care about A/C, broken utilities and so on. Our A/C has broken over 10 times during my stay, and eventually had to move out due to hot conditions. We were never compensated for the waste of money. Out apartment was not ready so two tenants lived in other units until they could move in. Broken dryer was never addressed and fixed. A light from the ceiling fell on a... house guest one time.
