After seeing the reviews on this place I will look elsewhere. It’s a SHAME your tenants have to go through this.

I am a current resident and I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move. Ever since the start of summer, every three weeks My AC is breaking. currently as i am writing this review, My AC has not been working all weekend and I’m still waiting for somebody to come out. Don’t move here! They’re infested with mice & roaches ! They don’t care about their residents. Never answer calls & have to pay for pest control they don’t even provide EVERY MONTH. That is ridiculous. Stove keeps going out. I recommend this place to no one seriously. Give your coins somewhere else. It’s needs to be tore down. If I could give zero stars I would. No one should have to live like this.

They overcharge like crazy. My rent including the few things they do offer is at least $100 less than what I'm charged, you have to try to decline the $90/month cable charge before you ever sign the lease or you get stuck with it even if you never use it, there's mice, roaches, spiders, gnats, and other bugs everywhere no matter how clean you have your apartment. The carpet doesn't reach all the walls so it's hard to clean/avoid bugs. My floor has had glue coming through the cracks even after... months of living here, there's water damage since before I ever moved in, my AC broke and for 3 weeks I didn't live there but was still expected to pay the full month's rent. The communication is horrendous and you can never get ahold of someone unless you physically walk into the office and that's only IF someone is even there. EVERYTHING is breaking and falling apart and they refuse to fix anything and overcharge!!!!!! Do not live here, there are cockroaches, mold, and poorly maintained!!!!
