As I’ve stated before cleanliness of the building could be better. For example the stairways has dog hair building up on the steps in the stairway. Could put air fresheners on all the floors and not just the first floor. The elevators need to cleaning and sanitized.

Living at the Bella for almost two months now, I can say things have been pretty good overall. The building and surrounding area are generally quiet and well kept. I also really appreciate the different activities the rental staff organizes each month for residents it’s a nice added touch that helps build a sense of community.

Wonderful to live here. Very clean apartments with exceptional staff who really care about you and your well being. Very close to many stores and restaurants.

Wonderful staff. As in any apt bldg. there are people
who don't follow the garbage room rules and take their dogs where they shouldn't. I give the place 5 stars because of the staff.

The whole team is so friendly and responsive! I’ve only had one minor issue the whole time I’ve lived here but maintenance was quick to respond and take care of it!
