Wonderful staff. The building is clean. The apt layout is the best I've seen but grab bars in the shower would have been nice . Closet space is good. Good kitchen

Bella is a great community to live in. The staff takes care of our needs with genuine care. The amenities are great and well maintained. With only two buildings, parking has never been an issue. My apartment is modern, clean and great quality. I’ve been very happy here and highly recommend.

Place is nice overall. Gas grills and outdoor fireplaces haven’t worked in 4 months. Took 2 weeks to fix broken HVAC unit during the middle of summer. Noise from upstairs neighbors is unacceptable. We won’t be renewing our lease.
