We moved there only a few month waiting for new home to finish & having most items in storage. The office staff were nice. The apartment's location is great but they are not nearly as nice as Oxygen. During few month, we mostly ate outside or ordered to go, but when time came to pay the additional two month penalties, saw a $16 charge on top of existing charges for changing the top oven plates. During our stay, we barely used the oven itself nevertheless the top part. Our guess is that they did... change that in another apartment and accidentally wrote our apt number. We just relocated to the area and were so lucky to find Crowne Village at Swift Creek! Ever since the day we stopped by, looked at the apartment, and moved in, we have had nothing short of exceptional service. Evelyn showed us the apartment and Joy stayed late so we could sign the lease and move in that very same day. They both went way above and beyond so we could move in the same day (due to unforeseen circumstances).

It was just by luck that this particular apartment became available less... than 24 hours before we needed it. It really was meant to be! The apartment is modern and clean, really in excellent condition. It's very quiet and peaceful here. It's been hot lately, but I plan to spend time on the porch as the weather cools down. I haven't gone into the pool area, but I've used the fitness center. It's modern with high quality equipment including TVs right above the treadmills. It's been nice watching the Olympics while walking. There's a nice business center with a printer. Evelyn has also faxed some important documents for us. Every person we've met on the property has been friendly -- especially our neighbors. During move in, it was really hot and they brought us out some ice water to help us cool off!

One of the other great qualities is the location. We are so conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, hospitals and really pretty much anything you need is within one mile. The grounds are well-cared for and parking is convenient. We feel safe here.

We really cannot express enough the gratitude we feel toward the staff members who made it possible for us to move in so quickly. The best we can do is to spread the word and recommend Crowne Village at Swift Creek to other people who are looking for a nice place to live. These staff members are clearly focused on providing excellent service and they seem to really care about the residents here (hard to come by these days)! There's a saying, "it's the people that make the place," and it's so true here. It shows that the staff really like their jobs and care about the residents. you would think that this place would at least provide a better washer and dryer with theses ridiculous rental prices. you could have three mortgages with the price of one of theses you would never own. too high

This is a lovely complex to live in. It is very quiet, clean, and very friendly. We have a great leasing office, with great management people. Always looking after your welfare, and your apartment. This is a well managed complex. I think anyone would love to live here. Everyone is welcome here.

Graduating from college was a major change. My Fiancé and I no longer wanted to be surrounded by college students and the city life. Both of us having careers we wanted to find a place that was quiet, reasonably priced, luxurious, and safe. Crowne Village at swift creek met all those requirements and then some. The property is extremely well maintained and is pet friendly. The staff is extremely professional and always looking to help you anyway that they can. Does this sound like a dream?... It did to me and long behold it truly was. The actual apartment was a no brainier once we saw it. It is spacious, clean, well designed, well maintained, and a couple or roommates dream. We rented a two bedroom and we absolutely love it! The garden size tub in the master bathroom is a dream and the guest bathroom has received nothing but compliments from all guest that have stayed with us. The flooring is amazing and easy to clean having the wood in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. The other great part about living in this area is the surrounding places that make living here feel like a dream. There is a movie theater 2 minutes away, a grocery store, tons of shopping and easy excess to major highways like 288 and 76. If your looking for a place to live that has an amazing area, family feel neighborhood that isn't noisy, great pool and workout complex, office to do work, apartment with space that has crown molding and feels like you actually had a interior designer, professional and dedicated staff, GREAT PARKING, garage availability, fireplace, and overall an amazing place to live, Crowne Village at Swift Creek is the place for you. A perfect mix of all ages with no drama or nonsense. I promise living here will be an amazing memory and great choice. The only negative about a place like this is there is so much great about it it makes it hard to want to move on and buy a house and to be honest as happy as we are here we may not!
