Management is very nice / nasty. They do as they please will argue with you it’s just unacceptable, stair wells are nasty dog pee & trash , thin walls , parking is ridiculous I would recommend my worst enemy to live here.

We had a great tour today of your beautiful property. Vicki was the girl who showed us around the entire property. What I appreciated was she was very informative about all of our questions and she showed us everything on the property she even showed us a few different models so we could decide on what might work for us. On top of all of that she was so patient with us and did not get annoyed at any thing we asked her to do or asked her about. Those are the type of people you should always have... in place at your property because Vicki is absolutely the reason why we are 99.9% sure that this is where we want to go. I have been a resident here for a year now and I am so excited to renew with this company. The grounds are so beautiful. You are surrounded by nature so it doesn’t feel like you are actually at an apartment at all. The amenities are so luxurious it feels like I am at a resort. My friends and family come over and have expressed how much they love this community. Not only does this community have resident events every month, but they have food trucks every Friday! There is always something to do... in the community and the office staff and maintenance team are amazing! They are always here to help and they are very timely with their response to inquiries. 1. The noise between floors is terrible; I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing (even after 11 p.m., which is quiet time). I can even hear the next-door neighbor snoring loudly at night from the master bedroom. Should be more rules about noise.
2. The Mac's keyboard is not working; it's been reported, but it still isn't working.
3. People don't take care of the ping-pong balls. It’s better you to have your owns.
4. The coffee machine in the building never has water (it always... says it needs to be refilled), and people often pour tap water into it, which still smells terrible and is unsafe to drink.
5. The remote controls for the TVs in the common areas don't work; don't skip channels or are blocked, so you can't enjoy the TVs because there's no way to get them to work! Read More
