Management here is incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and hostile.

Property manager only works 3 days a week and half the time isn’t even there during posted hours.

There is a 100% certainty that there is a mold issue.

They do zero property maintenance or upkeep.

Stay away.

This was a great place to live until it was sold. Now the new owner is charging for water and has raised the rent as if this was a five-star community. The complex has NO AMMENITIES other than an out-dated laundry room that residents have to pay for. The grounds are not maintained like they used to be. This place doesn’t take care of its maintenance issues. Move here and you will find out how terrible it is. Our water smells like bleach, our bathroom has black mold, the grass is never cut until it’s up to your knees, they cut down the weeds on the fence but left it in the grass, their maintenance people are lazy. Move here at your own risk!!! I try to talk nicely to the property manager and she yells at me basically saying they are taking care of the issues when they actually are not.

My wife and I lived there two years. During that time the management regularly violated the VA Landlord Tenant Act by giving inadequate or zero notice prior to entering to conduct inspections or pesticide spraying. Wanted us to Leave our doors unlocked and open while we were gone to work so they could paint doors. All this while they knew they had a Registered Violent Sex Offender living in the complex.
