Leaving this property was a relief. My experience was consistently disappointing and failed to meet even basic expectations for quality and service.
The leasing office staff were often defensive and, at times, unprofessional, creating a toxic and unproductive environment rather than one that is solution-oriented. There is a clear need for improvement in communication, accountability, and overall customer service. In some cases, staff also appeared to lack sufficient knowledge to effectively... handle resident concerns.
The property itself is aging, and the units feel dated with minimal updates. Overall upkeep has been lacking. Common areas were frequently unclean, unpleasant odors were noticeable, and ongoing noise issues affected daily living. There were also recurring pest issues, including cockroaches, which were concerning. The elevator was often out of service.
Despite a recent change in management, there has been no meaningful improvement—in fact, conditions appear to have declined.
Positive Google reviews related to maintenance are often requested immediately after service visits, which may not fully reflect the overall living experience. While maintenance staff are generally responsive, this can create a somewhat unbalanced impression.
Although the property is marketed as “LUXURY,” it does not meet that standard. Compared to nearby communities, the difference in quality and professionalism is clear.
Overall, I would not consider this a luxury living experience and would strongly recommend exploring other options before making a decision.

Not a safe and secure place to live.
Here is my experience within 1 year of leaving in the Post Tysons corner apartment. Leaving on the 4th floor, with the rain the roof was licking in the bathroom and leaving room, elevators out of services more than 3 weeks, saw maintenance people in my apartment without permission, the heating system didn't work properly and paid way more than a normal gas bill. The property manager and higher manager can't help any of these situations.

Come here if you like noise and spending money
I have stayed here since last year July and it feels like not a single week has gone by without some work being done. The whole place is so noisy. It definitely is not for people who stay in their apartments during the day. The noise starts at 9 and continues till 7pm, and on top of that the fire alarm goes off at random times and often even after midnight. Constant work going on but you can't really tell what is being done. Elevators randomly go off and there have been quite a few days with no... water in the morning. Also the Water heater doesn't work properly and you definitely will have to wait a long time. You definitely won't get your money worth and you definitely wouldn't get any peace. There have been days I had to take pain meds for the head ache from the constant noise. If you decide to move here, well welcome to a constant state of noisy inconvenience. Only good thing is the location and view from some of the apartments.

Worst Experience in 10 years of renting
This company constantly performs repeated exterior "renovations" to hike their prices without actually improving the property. This means there is constant loud noise (banging outside the window or patio, loud machines constantly running on all sides of the property, yelling, etc). The prices are ridiculous for the area. Their policies are maintained and distributed through multiple means, and are often vague and overtly meant to confuse you so that they can charge you thousands of dollars in... meaningless fees. Based on reading reviews from other MAAC properties, I would avoid this company at all cost. Worst experience in my 10 years of renting.

centipedes crawling on the walls
can hear every single footstep my upstairs neighbor makes
parking spots are narrower than the cars
please raze this old, dilapidated complex to the ground and build a new one.
