It’s okay The ground are very nice and the apartments are extremely spacious, but there always seems to be some maintenance issue happening in our apartment. Most are address quickly and efficiently, but the constant maintenance issues can get annoying.

NEED TO CONSOLIDATE VISITS I don't have bad experience as much as an opinion. The constant home visits back to back. All separate needs. I have a pet that her health is greatly affected by stress. And random people showing up every other day once for pests, another for the filter, another for something else. It affects her a lot, i have to take her to the vet a lot after wards as her stress causes her to stop eating. I would appreciate consolidated visits so everything can get done at once. So... i don't have constant unease about people in the house multiple times a week with the massively wide day and time frame I am given.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns. We understand how crucial it is to keep disruptions minimal, especially for the well-being of our residents' pets. Our quarterly preventative maintenance sometimes falls within the... same week of our annual inspections that is two separate vendors. We do our best to avoid this from happening but due to the requirements it is unfortunately not controlled. We can assure you this is very rare, and the preventative maintenance is a quarterly visit. We appreciate your patience and value your feedback in helping us improve our services.

Kind people, quirky old buildings Our experience with the main office has been very positive. We feel like we have been heard and respected, and things have been tended to in a timely manner. The maintenance have all been respectful and so patient. The buildings are about 30 years old and have a lot of little quirks and problems, and sometimes it's an easy fix for the maintenance and other times it's too much for them to address... for some reason, the larger apartments that are supposed to... accommodate more people have smaller water tanks and incredibly low water pressure, and we run out of hot water really quickly. Also, we suspect that the hvac system is not fully intact because certain spaces don't get heated properly in the winter, and our house gets incredibly dusty, really quick.

Do not rent here!!!
Been in for 2 months. Have had a flood in kitchen almost every day. Area manager not interested in helping. No one should have to live like this!!!
