Pitiful maintenance and management

I have had my apartment for a week. I have numerous unaddressed issues and property management is non existent. There are markings all over the walls and doors that should have been repainted, the toilet doesn’t work, the garbage disposal wasn’t working, maintenance left their supplies on my deck, the drier air duct is not hooked up causing a significant fire risk, and the air filter looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. Worst of all is the inability to reach maintenance or... management. No one answers their phones or responds to voicemails. The only people who answer the phone is the leasing office and they can’t seem to assist me in any meaningful way.
Update: I finally spoke with someone from maintenance after calling nearly 30 times and they told me it will be over a week before maintenance can come out and fix any issues.
