I’m William Lokar and I’m a Realtor® working with individuals and families to build financial freedom through real estate. Whether you're a first time home buyer, seasoned investor, or just wanting a change of scenery, I’m here to guide you on your journey. I have been a real estate investor for 13 years and have amassed a portfolio that spans three states. Throughout my real estate journey, I have purchased foreclosures, VA owned homes, tenant occupied properties, new construction, vacant land, and manufactured housing. In addition, I have utilized a wide range of financing options from conventional lending, commercial lending, land financing, construction financing, home equity loans and lines of credit and DSCR loans. I have engaged in both small and large scale remodel projects and am well versed in residential design and function. In my previous career, I was a college professor and administrator; I bring my love for teaching to my work as a Realtor®. I love to engage with clients to help them understand the home buying and selling processes to make their experience as stress free as possible. I have worked with many out-of-town clients and provide detailed video showings for out-of-town clients to give them the best possible information about a property. I am a BiggerPockets Featured Agent and 2023 and 2025 Weichert Realtors Ambassador Club awardee and 2024 Weichert Realtors President's Club awardee.
