Let me start with the good and then cover the bad. First, the management team does a good job of engagement activities throughout the month. Secondly, this is a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, the community is nice, the neighbors are quiet, and the property clean and well managed. The bad is that the appliances are aged and need to be replaced. The washer (top loaders) is constantly plagued with mold, the dryers have cracks in the lent trap that catch and destroy... clothing, and the dish washers perform poorly. Placing a maintenance ticket will get a response but rarely ever fix the root cause of the issue. For the monthly rental amount, I expect better. Lastly, some units are older than others. Pest control will come out upon request but the chemical treatment they use is ineffective against spiders, ants, and other insects. We purchase Ortho and spray ourselves to help alleviate the issue, but the issue remains. Again, for the monthly rental amount, I expect better.
