I love the location and the property. Management is very professional and takes great care of the properties!!! I’ve been here for 5 years and have nothing to complain about. Very convenient and close to great amenities!!!

This building has nothing but drug addicts around it due to the boarding houses down the street , until they clean those properties up beware ! Also parking lot dark at night !

AWFUL! If I could give zero stars I would! The entire staff here is UNPROFESSIONAL. I was thrilled to rent one of their lofts then come inspection day I was hit with the odor of car urine in the loft. I was assured this would be taken care of and the odor would be gone come move in day. Well, move in day happens and I was not only hit with the smell of cat urine but also hit with the smell of chemicals! I absolutely did NOT move in that day due to the harsh chemical smell. I was told to give it... a couple weeks and the chemical and cat urine smell would go away, I waited the couple weeks and it still did not go away. As I awaited a solution to this odor issue the loft GOT RENTED OUT to another tenant!! From there I requested my rent and deposit back...after getting the run around from the staff I finally got notice that I should expect my security deposit back...well it’s been a month and I’ve gotten nothing back from them.
