Not only is this complex bat infested but the management and maintenance staff are extremely incompetent. When my husband inquired about the bats that we witnessed swarming the property during dusk and dawn they denied any knowledge of it despite the numerous complaints shared to us by neighbors who found bats inside of their homes. The grounds are also often unkempt and a police car is often parked at the corner of the entrance to the complex, issuing tickets and harassing residents of the... community. Similar to what they do in the projects. Also, management allows strangers to enter your apartment without permission. Once I was half dressed napping on my couch and the exterminator let himself into my apartment and on another occasion I was in the bathroom and maintenance entered my apartment. I felt very violated. I have never lived in such a disorganized and poorly run place in all my life. Do not move in here, it's not worth the money and you will regret it.

Okay place to live.
Beware of towing! After 11pm they will tow any car without a stick in the back window. Overall it is an okay place to live, there's nothing special about it. Maintenance has been available to access the problem but don't expect them to fix it that day. There's a draft in the kitchen from the exhaust fan that you won't be able to stop. Creaky upstairs floors and stairs
