Lived here for a year and it was fine. Some damage to the apartment upon move in but otherwise was okay. Moving out was an issue. I was charged for a mattress replacement even though I didn't damage the mattress at all. I was also charged for damages to the basement that occurred from flooding from rain (not our fault)

I lived here for three years, worst decision I made. Staff are rude, grounds aren’t kept, prices are ridiculous. They find every possible way to charge you. Every staff member I’ve talked to here has been unprofessional in every way possible. They don’t care about their job and they’re not trained properly to deal with anything. If you want a better place to live for cheaper with way better management I would try others that are closer to campus like stone gate, charlestownes, etc.

I've been in my apartment for three months now and it's quiet which is nice in a college town. The maintenance guys are prompt and efficient. The office personnel are nice. Spacious living space and Devine bathrooms. Heating and cooling is affordable. Overall a great place to raise children or sit on your deck or by the pool and enjoy the day.

I have lived her for over a year now. The facility is great and the pool and activities that are offered is good! However, the management is not very customer friendly. I moved from
one town home to another town home in the same complex and had to pay all the signing fees again even though I was a current tenant. They are just offereing individual leases which is good, but they weren't before and wouldn't help to find roommates for unaccompanied rooms. The current tenants would just be expected... to pay extra rent. Overall, the facility is great, the rooms are big and the living area of each town house is open and inviting. My only issue is to not expect help or customer satisfaction from management. Read More
