Roaches reside in the vents, no matter how clean you are. Old appliances. Maintenance comes back for the same issues instead of replacing the problem. Absolutely no amenities, as rent continues to rise here. Some street lights are still out, make it extra dark at night, haven't been are out replaced yet. Maintenance walks in without knocking. Barely parking spaces for guests. Pets poop everywhere, no respect. Worst mistake in life are these apartments!

Pictures are very deceiving. I moved in thinking that the apartments where in good shape only to come in to a old carpet that had not been cleaned. Paint peeling from tub. Not to mention the cabinetry. Hopefully 1 year and we are taking our leave. Oh if you have allergy issues be prepared for old smelling odor, like old wood and mildew on a daily basis

Maintenance takes days. I called the office and nobody answered the phone. I had to go to the office in person, because nobody wanted to answer the phone at 9:15 am. I never had these issues with old management company. Things were always fixed the same day.

Rent getting raised $200 and this is the 3rd time in 2 years, no amenities out here idk

The WORST Maintenance! The absolute worst. They never take maintenance requests seriously! They will blatantly ignore your request for weeks even though the riverdale management head office is located just 5mins away from the apartment, which is where maintenance is located. The leasing office will pretend that they can’t do anything!
