Roaches, maintenance don’t fix anything nor do they wear uniform so you don’t know if they are really maintenance, front office is unorganized everyone in the office wants to be a realtor but don’t have the correct attitude or chain of command. Garbage cans are always overflowing & nothing in your apartment is getting fixed at all. IM still waiting for multiple things to get fixed mind you it’s has been months already so If you’re looking for luxury it’s not here. Save your money please I’m... begging you!

Happy to live here!
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a great place to call home!

Horrible roach problem and I've literally gone almost 7 weeks without ac
The roach problem has been an issue since I moved in. They come from everywhere. It won't matter how much u bomb or spray. My AC has been broke since the first week of Aug, it's now sep 21st and it's still not fixed. U can take a chance and move here, like I did. Dnt be mad when this review is ur life next
