This is on the 2nd floor of our private residence, but it feels like its own private home. There is a shared foyer to enter the property, but the interior windows and deck space have no sight lines to the other floors. There is a ton of natural light(the sun rises over the water each morning and can be enjoyed on the deck), dedicated off street parking, high speed internet, washer/dryer(in the foyer), ceiling fans, full kitchen, 55 inch 4K SmartTV, its own heating/AC, and your own private 25 foot high, 150 square foot deck with incredible views of the bay and wetlands. There is an abundance of wildlife here: eagles, hawks, cranes, egrets, osprey, robins, doves, squirrels, ducks and a deer family that comes right in the yard. This is a bird watcher's paradise as we are on the edge of protected wetlands. We are right on the Back River and you can put one of our kayaks in right the backyard, or go relax on the outdoor swinging chair at the river’s edge. We are tucked away in a small and quiet community. We are dog friendly. There are dogs in the house and other pups on our street that our friendly neighbors walk everyday. This unit is furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen, but could be unfurnished for a long term tenant. For a couple the rent will increase $100.
