The Greens have been on the news a few times within the past few months ( Google it). For a shooting that ended with two people going to the hospital. Also over ten cars got broken into with car windows being broken. Where the playground is located is NOT safe for kids. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM !!! After each incident we did not get any update i can not wait until i move!!!

They do not have any good workers there at all. They do not speak the truth, always lying and blame on someone else. They will keep the security deposit money to their self and will not give it back. They will put the money toward others stuff then tell you months later...

My husband and I recently relocated and chose this property as my "home". The move in process was ok, there's one person in the office (not the manager)who is rude and unprofessional but I had a pleasant experience with Tawanda. The apartments are nice(inside) and most of my neighbors have been friendly and respectable. However, the children are a bit rude and are never supervised. They leave the breezeways littered with food and trash and run up and down the stairs yelling and screaming. Most... of them come from other buildings and hang out on the stairs. I've have trash bags left on the steps of my building as well. When you call the rental office to complain, they tell you "they're kids" as if that makes it ok for them to be a nuisance. They should still be rules to follow (no hanging out in the breezeways). I've walked around the property several times and noticed in a few buildings that the exit signs are just hanging by the wires (accident waiting to happen) and lights are out. This could be a really nice property if they put their foot down and had the tenants make sure the breezeways are kept clean, their children are monitored, and the fixtures on the outside are secure and work. When my fiance & I moved into our first apartment October 3, 2014. We moved here because they have a good schooling zone & it's within 10 minutes of our jobs. We thought the apartment would be everything we wanted & more but for the last 2 months, our guess bathroom has been unusable, due to a leak in the walls & flooring. For months maintenance has been in & out of our apartment rushing all sources of water in both of our bathrooms (to locate the leak, which has not yet been found) & bringing... in large electrical fans. For two weeks they ran those fans, running up the light bill. We can't afford extra fees added to our bills. We pay $924 in rent alone. This is just a nightmare. We have mold in the walls && in the floor. On top of that they have also been renovating the full apartment complex. Within that time, I would say they have done more damage than fixing anything. Please give us this opportunity to save money to begin to see our hard work pay off. We have a 6 - year old & this living condition can't be right for any of us.
