I wasn't sure what to expect when taking a tour of these apartments, but I was absolutely mind blown with how nice they were inside and out. The amenities are unreal as well then entire place was clean and well kept. Danielle gave us the tour and she was the best! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Not a single question went unanswered. Thank you Danielle we will be back.

Excellent management staff and property!
Danielle and her team at the Kingson, have helped in so many ways. Everyone that I have come into contact with from Management to Maintainance to the residents have been kind, welcoming, approachable, accommodating, and I cannot speak more highly of the management staff here at the Kingson. I am very grateful to have had the chance to experience such kind, welcoming, understanding people. I feel that anyone who makes a Home here at the Kingson would be blessed with a beautiful home and a... supportive community. The apartments are clean and aesthetically, pleasing with upgraded appliances and spacious room. Make your next home the Kingson community.

Just what I expected!
I have enjoyed living in this apartment community. The admin staff is responsive and the service team takes care of my maintenance request. Dante' has been very helpful and completes my work orders correctly the 1st time without a repeat needed. Thank you for allowing me to occupy this beautiful community.
