In a nutshell and for the high price of rent, this "luxury" apartment community is often DIRTY and NOISY. And to top it all off, the leasing office does very little to combat very fixable problems. Shame on this team for not enforcing their own policies. Poor management style plus insufficient resident accountability has equated to a very miserable experience for me. I would not recommend this property.
