Good neighborhood
Salem Fields is a nice quiet neighborhood. Some appliances, vents, lighting fixtures do need an upgrade. The location is the best esp. since it is near schools and a grocery store. Maintenance make sure grounds are kept nice and work hard to make sure any problems in our unit are fixed ASAP. Shannon from the rental office is amazing. She responds to my emails right away and makes sure all my questions are answered. The only problem I have are some neighbors don't clean up after their dogs. It... really is an eye sore especially if it is left near your property. Wish there is something that can be done about that.

Improvements made with New Management
The town homes within this community are very nice. You don't hear a lot of noise, very spacious living, and all of the bedrooms are nice size. The grounds are well kept, and current Manager, along with the Assistant Manager, have done a GREAT JOB in answering questions, dealing with you on a Professional Basis, and willing to listen.to what you have to say. They are making progress in getting things done so that residence can enjoy living comfortably. The current Maintenance Staff are also... doing an awesome job, hard working, polite, helpful and always do there best in performing their recommended duties. I highly recommend Salem Fields Townhomes. Great place if you have children as well.
