You will regret it
If you choose to lease here, be aware you are signing up for a place that looks nice at first and then quickly falls apart. The first year is fine. That is how they get you. Then things go downhill fast. WiFi cuts out multiple times a month. Elevators break. Trash builds up. Fees suddenly increase with no clear reason. You end up paying more for worse living conditions. The people living here have no respect for the property. Expect trash in the garage and elevators, loud screaming at night, and... constant weed smell in the hallways. Management knows and does nothing. There are no real consequences, so it keeps getting worse. Maintenance is the only positive. They are reliable and helpful. Management is the opposite. They ignore calls and emails, act annoyed when you ask for help, and make you feel like a burden for basic concerns. The parking garage is poorly designed and unsafe. Tight turns, no signal, broken gates, and people speeding. You pay for parking while others park for free. It took them over a year to even start fixing anything. The building itself is cheaply made. Walls and floors crack easily. Things break fast. The water sometimes smells bad. You will likely get charged for damage that is not your fault. Packages get lost or stolen, and management refuses to help or check cameras. You are on your own. If you still choose to live here, lower your expectations. You are paying more money for less service, less safety, and constant frustration.
