We have a serious mold problem in our unit that is causing health issues and management just denies it. The management at this apartment complex is the worst ever!

Packages get stolen. Walls are thin - you will hear your neighbors talking & walking. Tiniest & loudest washer and dryer.
Expanded parking fees, and added a tech fee? No updates to the units. Holding company is really greedy.
Management is fine I guess.

I love it here!
I’ve been at Radiant for a little over a year and have no complaints. I live on the top floor, which we pay more for because my family knows that in any building you will always hear noise! so if you’re trying to avoid/control hearing footsteps, loud noises, etc., consider getting a top floor apartment. In addition, the staff is amazing. Maintenance is great and the office employees are always so nice and know us by name/apartment when we come by. By far one of the best apartments I’ve lived in....

If you don't mind occasional package theft, numerous false fire-alarms, and potential vehicle vandalism, this spot is perfect for you and your family.
The staff can be fairly nice is one pro.

I will never come back to this place. Package theft is a major problem at this place.
