This property is great
We have been living here since Dec, 2019. The location is super convenient, close to many grocery stores and nice restaurants. The place is clean and they maintain the area properly. We don't really have any bad experience with our apartment. Also, there is a lady whose name is Zana and she is super nice and a person who knows what she is doing. She explained us everything clearly and it was nice to communicate with her. The maintenance team is fast and does great job. Lastly, we have never... seen any roaches here and we are so happy with that.

Great First Impressions
We've been working with Annaiis and she and the apartment complex have been a pleasure! We love the area and how quite and well maintained it seems. Our leasing agent sat with us and went over every aspect of the lease to make sure we understood-something no apartment complex has every done before! Great Service
I just moved to Gainsborough Court and it is wonderful. The leasing agents are very helpful and patient, the property itself looks very well maintained, and the apartment is very nice with a cool layout and large balcony.
