Have had an issue with water coming into our master bedroom and closet when it rains for over a week now. No help has been provided and we were told that the earliest they could try to fix it would be the 27th of this month (contractors were made aware of this problem on the 12th) but that if the ground is too wet, even then they won’t be able to do anything (there is presently rain in the forecast for that day and we were previously told the contractors don’t even work on Friday). Meanwhile,... there has been no rain since this Monday.

Awful experience very poorly ran.
Called multiple times to set up an appointment to view a unit I had applied for and was cancelled on multiple times. Finally went to go see the unit and was shown a completely different unit then I had applied for and was told the one I had applied for was not available. Was then shown a different floor plan and was told it would be held for me until the following afternoon, went in the next morning to sign the lease and was told that unit was just leased to someone else. The staff here is... extremely unhelpful.

worst leasing experience once of my life
Complete circus to lease: a from no one ever answering the phone, to documents being supplied over and over again. Leasing from the place is a shell game.
Finally, the computer application confirmed my move in date (i had furniture coming from Michigan and north Carolina) and took my deposit on the loft they --again lost my application (after i put a deposit on the space).
The entire management of this apartment is done a poorly functioning computer application. Hands down the... worst experience of my life and a circus at best.
