I wish that I could put a 0 star rating. 1st and foremost, you I do not know what the prerequisites are to a property manager for Angelas properties but I'm certain my 7yr old has better people skills, communication skills and manners than these ladies. They are LIARS, i called to get a number to file a complaint against them (while I was tenant) asking for someone OVER the property managers and the office worker stated "oh that's me"
Be prepared for monthly "prevention pest control" which... allows Management to cone snoop through your stuff each month, I had fruit flies for months, so for this prevention pest control to be in monthly it must be a water chemical aka nothing at all. It's bogus.
In the state of the emergency storm I had to park my car a mile away from my home bc we were the only community that had to wait for the snow to actually melt in order to not get stuck in our parking lots.
My lease was over last month and I'm receiving mail at my new address for rent due with a late fee attached.
All the office staff is rude and unorganized, your property Mangager may be on site physically one day of the week and you will always get voice mail if you call during office hours.
The kids are loud and noiseY and disrespectful, theY allow them to play in the hallways of the apartments after dark, aND they get smart with you when you ask them to quiet down.
Stay far away. Trust me...I'm paying the extra 200 a month for a much nicer upgraded apartment in a quiet neighborhood, save yourself the headache. Trust me.
