The Morgan has been great. Leasing office staff is very nice, maintenance services are pretty quick to help when needed. The gym and pool are great.

No problems at all. Everything is up to date, when call for help, we receive it and we appreciate that, we don't ever participate in the socials due to the timing and we're ok with that.

I would give a 5 star review but the cleaning in the elevators and dirty floors lack attention. I came into my building to a dog owner walking out saying she knows the poop on the floor was from her dogs but would be back to pick it up. The smell was awful. Trash and spilt drinks have been left in the elevators. it leaves a lot to be desired.
Noise in the unit above me is very loud.

Moving is usually somewhere between “mildly annoying” and “I’m never doing this again,” but the team at The Morgan somehow made this the easiest move we’ve ever had!
From the beginning, Sean, Kylee, and Courtney were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. They were always ready to answer any questions we had—the funny part is, we barely had any because they explained everything so clearly from the start!
Hands down, this is the greatest group of property staff we’ve ever dealt with.... They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
A HUGE thank you to Sean, Kylee, and Courtney for making this our best move yet—and hopefully the LAST move we ever have to make! ????

Just Amazing
This place is just the best! I moved in about a month ago and it has been perfect, I do wish they could show the other rooms on their site. It would make it look so much more appeasing. The staff are amazing and The Morgan is right next to everything. This has been an amazing experience as I continue to live here!
